Current Experience

At DPP, Mr. Ananich specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, financial advisory, fairness opinions and due diligence services for the automotive, manufacturing, distribution and service industries.

Past Experience

Prior to joining DPP, Mr. Ananich was a Senior Associate at Amherst Partners supporting the Restructuring and Investment Banking Groups. At Amherst Partners, he specialized in healthy and distressed merger and acquisition transactions, capital raising transactions, and turnaround consulting. Prior to that he worked with Ernst & Young providing Assurance services to SEC clients.

Education

Mr. Ananich is a registered CPA, graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Accounting and received a Master’s in Accounting with a focus on taxation and information systems from Michigan State University. Mr. Ananich also has Series 63 and 79 licenses with FINRA.
