At DPP, Mr. Smolinski specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, financial and strategic advisory, fairness opinions, and due diligence services for the automotive, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

Past Experience

Prior to joining DPP as an Analyst, Mr. Smolinski supported the sell-side process for a Tier 1 automotive supplier during its restructuring. Following the transaction, he managed weekly budgeting and cash flow planning for the North American region while supporting broader operational and financial initiatives.

Mr. Smolinski earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
