Michael A. Molitor

Current Experience

At DPP, Mr. Molitor specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, financial and strategic advisory, fairness opinions, and due diligence services for the automotive, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

Past Experience

Prior to joining DPP as an analyst, Mr. Molitor was an Investment Analyst at White Pine Investment Co., an RIA structured wealth management company, where his responsibilities included equity, fixed income, and alternative investment research, financial analysis and modeling, and assisting with portfolio management.

Education

Mr. Molitor earned a B.A. degree in Finance with an additional major in Economics from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. Additionally, he is a CFA Level III Candidate. Mr. Molitor also has his Series 63 and 79 licenses with FINRA.
