Current Experience

At DPP, Mr. Multer specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, financial and strategic advisory, fairness opinions, and due diligence services for the automotive, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

Past Experience

Prior to joining DPP as an analyst, Mr. Multer was a Financial Reporting Analyst at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), where his responsibilities included compiling and reporting financial information for distribution to external users such as shareholders, creditors, and the SEC. Prior to AAM, Mr. Multer was an auditor with BDO USA where he performed assurance services for public and private companies, including many within the automotive, manufacturing, and distribution industries.

Education

Mr. Multer earned M.S.A. and B.B.A. degrees in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University’s College of Business. Additionally, Mr. Multer is a registered CPA in the State of Michigan and has his Series 63 and 79 licenses with FINRA.
