At DPP, Mr. Steele specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, financial and strategic advisory, fairness opinions, and due diligence services for the automotive, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

Past Experience

Prior to joining DPP, Mr. Steele worked at Adamy Valuation, where he focused on providing valuation services for middle-market clients across a range of industries. His work supported transaction advisory, financial reporting, estate and gift planning, and other strategic needs for privately held businesses and their stakeholders.

Education

Mr. Steele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wayne State University.
