At Donnelly Penman & Partners, Mr. Greening specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, valuations, financial advisory, fairness opinions, and due diligence services, with a focus on financial institutions.
Past Experience
Prior to joining DPP, Mr. Greening was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in the firm’s Private Bank division, where he supported ultra-high-net-worth business owners, family offices, endowments, and similar entities in developing comprehensive financial strategies. In this role, he partnered with teams across each arm of the bank to devise and propose client solutions ranging from topics such as banking, investing, lending, philanthropy and more.
Education
Mr. Greening graduated from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business with a degree in Finance. He also holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with FINRA.
