Current Experience

At DPP, Mr. Lamb specializes in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financial advisory, fairness opinions and due diligence services for the automotive, manufacturing, distribution and service industries.

Past Experience

Prior to joining DPP, Mr. Lamb was a Senior Analyst in Stout Risius Ross' Transaction Advisory Group, where he specialized in financial opinions, such as fairness and solvency opinions, related to merger and acquisition, and recapitalization transactions. Prior to that, he worked with Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance where he provided advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Education

Mr. Lamb has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. degree in Finance. Mr. Lamb also has Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses with FINRA.
