Cooper-Standard Rockford has been acquired by an affiliate of Flex-N-Gate


In December 2015, Rockford was acquired by an affiliate of Flex-N-Gate. The transaction supplements Flex-N-Gate’s exterior trim product line and provides unique hardcoat capabilities. DPP acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Cooper-Standard.
