THE TRANSACTION
First Industries acquired Freightliner of Vancouver in November 2008. DPP initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Daimler Trucks North America.

Freightliner of Vancouver is authorized to sell and service Freightliner®, Freightliner Custom Chassis, Thomas Built Buses® and American LaFrance Corporation® branded products. Freightliner of Vancouver currently operates one location in Vancouver, British Columbia.
