Autocam Corporation has sold Frank & Pignard SAS in Thyez, France to Maike Groupe

THE TRANSACTION

On July 9, 2009, Autocam sold the stock of its F&P subsidiary to Maike. DPP initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations and acted as exclusive investment banking advisor to Autocam.

Frank & Pignard SAS (“F&P”) which includes two locations in Thyez, France, is a leader in the manufacture of precision machined tight tolerance power steering and fuel system components and sub-assemblies for the automotive market. F&P produces complex high volume parts with single digit micron tolerances, and quality levels near zero defects.F&P’s manufacturing capabilities include: precision turning, milling, grinding, finishing and assembly.
