THE TRANSACTION
On July 3, 2023, Industry Products Company (“IPC”), a North American supplier of interior trim and noise, vibration, and harshness (“NVH”) components primarily to automotive OEMs, announced that it has been acquired by VisTech Manufacturing Solutions (“VisTech”), an NVH solutions provider to the North American automotive industry and a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners.
The acquisition expands VisTech’s capabilities, product offering and customer solutions within the broadly defined NVH sector. Combined, the companies create a North American market leader with a comprehensive set of differentiated NVH solutions for automotive OEMs and their tier one suppliers.
