THE TRANSACTION
Derby Fabricating Solutions (“Derby”), a leading converter and fabricator of die-cut non-metallic materials, was acquired by Hoffmann Family of Companies, a U.S.-based family equity firm known for its long-term investment philosophy and diversified portfolio. Derby’s noise abatement, sealing, and acoustic insulation products are designed to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) and to prevent buzz, squeak, and rattle (BSR), primarily serving customers in the North American automotive market.
