QualCast, LLC (“QualCast”), a worldwide provider of aftermarket valvetrain and other engine components, has been acquired by Melling Tool Company (“Melling”), a leading full-service manufacturer and supplier of performance defining engine components to the automotive aftermarket, the high-performance enthusiast market, and automotive OEMs.
QualCast provides Melling with a complementary valvetrain product line, increases its product range, and expands its end market presence. Melling and QualCast will continue to operate independently, but with the shared goal of serving its customers with exceptional product offerings.
