THE TRANSACTION
In October 2018, Skyway Precision Inc. (“Skyway”) acquired the assets of Bellwright Manufacturing LLC (“Bellwright”). The transaction expands Skyway’s customer base and geographic footprint, while leveraging Skyway’s product and manufacturing expertise. Bellwright provides Skyway with a strong management team and workforce upon which to grow its customer service capabilities in the Southeast United States.
