Global Enterprises has been acquired by OKE Group GmbH
THE TRANSACTION
On July 1, 2024, Global Enterprises (“Global” or “the Company”), a leading manufacturer of technical extruded profiles and other seating and interior assemblies for the global automotive industry, was acquired by OKE Group GmbH (“OKE”). The transaction strengthens OKE’s presence in Eastern Europe and establishes a strategic position in the North American market. Prior to the completion of the transaction, Chesterfield Trim Products was spun-off and continues to be operated by the Global shareholders.
