THE TRANSACTION
On July 1, 2024, AMI Industries, Inc. (“AMI” or “the Company”), a leading Tier I and II supplier of fluid handling components to the agriculture, construction, automotive, heavy truck, defense, and marine industries, acquired substantially all of the assets of Fluid Handling Technology, Inc. (“FHT”), a subsidiary of RB Holdings.
Donnelly Penman & Partners initiated the transaction and acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor and Clark Hill served as legal advisor to AMI.
