JEMS of Litchfield, Inc. (“JEMS”), a leading supplier of trailer hitch receivers, towing components and hitch assemblies to automotive OEMs and aftermarket suppliers to the automotive, RV, and off-highway vehicle markets, has been acquired by an affiliate of Lock Joint Tube LLC (“Lock Joint Tube”), a leading manufacturer of mechanical and structural grade steel tubing. Post transaction, the company will be known as JEMS of Michigan LLC.
